For your consideration…

No one wants to be a doormat. Everyone wants peace in their life. Everyone wants world peace. How we get there, how we achieve these can often be confusing.

When to engage and when to walk is a choice we have to make. Sometimes we will make the right choice, sometimes not. Either way, it is how we gain knowledge…wisdom. With wisdom, we gain confidence. With confidence, we gain courage. With courage, we feel comfortable and peaceful enough to walk away feeling good about ourselves. We can walk away with dignity.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…’What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Remember we have a choice. We always have a choice.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-Some long overdue banking done.

-Laundry done.

-We were sad to see Sigrid and Archie leave but happy for them that they are back on their adventure.

-A nice nap.

-A good book.
