For your consideration…

We often talk about and think about moving forward, growing, accomplishing, our life purpose, etc. We are often reminded that there is no one way to do these things.

Our message today gently cautions us to not wear “blinders.” It is easy to become hyper-focused and “box ourselves in.” More than ever before, we need to be open to expanding our perspectives.

How do we do this? We do it by keeping an open mind. We do it by listening and hearing others. Note: we don’t have to agree with them or do as they say but we owe it to them and ourselves to listen. We also expand our perspective with knowledge. With the media as it is today, we have access to virtually anything we want to know. Again, we need to be discerning. Not everything we read or hear is true but we still need to be seekers.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is the next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Expand our perspective. Think out of the box.

What made me smile yesterday…

-While I am disappointed beyond measure not to be able to see and hold my grandson and daughter, I am relieved that they are safe and healthy.

-A PJ day.

-A good PT session for Bruce.

-A new book.

-Catching up with Dianne and Cathy.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
