For your consideration…

Our exact message today was, “Hang onto what is good and let go of what is harming you.”

Good examples are holding onto great memories of people or events that bring you joy just thinking of them. Letting of ones that are full of sadness or bitterness. Holding on to love and letting go of anger. Holding onto HOPE and letting go of despair.

This is all about our soul. The ego will judge and justify but our soul knows does neither. It doesn’t have to because it knows the truth. It knows that only love is real and if something does not feel like love, it is time to let it go.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Do a constant inventory. What doesn’t feel like love, release it.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Julie came and sat with Bruce so I could go down to Eastern Market. I’m so grateful.

-She stayed for lunch. I brought back great corned beef sandwiches from Wigley’s.

-Catching up with Jackie.

-A great Michigan game and win!

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
