For your consideration…
…now we must lie in it. This sounds harsh and usually, it is meant to be that way when we hear it. But that is just a tone. It is just a punctuation mark on a given situation. The reality is that in every moment, every situation, we make choices. Some are better than others. We live with the consequences that lead us to the next one. This is life.
The question is how do we react? Do we act like victims or survivors? Do we see lessons learned? Do we forgive ourselves and others? Do we see every moment, every situation, as an opportunity? Or are we going to bemoan and dwell in negativity? Do we see HOPE or despair? Finally, do we see love?
Because that is the bottom line. Only love is real. And even if we don’t always love, WE are always loved irregardless of our attitude and choices.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.” …Always…
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Celebrate the bed we have made.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Another beautiful sunny day.
-Catching up with Alex and Mary.
-Working in the kitchen, my very favorite kind of work.
-A good book.
