For your consideration…

Our message was exactly this, “You don’t know what you don’t know, so quit stewing about it.”

My first thought was, “Well, this is a little harsh.” But as I sat with it and thought about it, I realize how true it is.

None of us know what the next moment will bring us. We can anticipate. But we don’t know. It is OUR anticipation that we stew on.

But we have control. We can choose not to anticipate all of the negatives. We can choose to believe that all is well and Divinely Guided in Divine Timing.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let go of negative anticipation.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Dog fence fixed.

-Catching up with Jody, Alex, and Jackie. One of these days soon. I will be catching up with Alex and she tells my our new grandson is here. Sooo excited.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
