For your consideration…
In the over all scheme of things, life is pretty darn amazing. Our message today reminds us that it is full of “surprise and delights.”
I know, it may not always seem that way but it is. If we can not see them, we should ask ourselves why. Perhaps, we are preoccupied or we have preconceived notions. Perhaps we have expectation and something different shows up.
We are asked to consider this. Wake up tomorrow and decide that you are ready to see surprises and delights that are put in your path. Sure we should go on with any plans or tasks we have for the day but don’t put a “”cap” on it. Don’t confine it. Allow room for all of those “surprise and delights”…blessings.
That is the He HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be excited…expect surprise and delights.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Catching up with my brother on his birthday.
-Catching up with Pam.
-A good walk.
-Laundry and nails done…good tasks when the day started out so cold.
-A good book.
