For your consideration…
If I could…
-heal your broken heart
-make you able to walk again
-heal your brain tumor
-get that job you want or make your job easier
-grant you wealth
-find love, joy and peace
-give you HOPE and faith
-keep you safe
-etc. etc. etc.
…I would.
I would if I could but it is not in my power. Instead the power we are given and can share is our energy. We can focus our energy on all of these things for others and purposely target and send them to those in need…those who are holding a place in our heart.
When someone in need comes into our heart, we can help by sending our loving prayers to them.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…”I am loved.”
-Affirm…“I can help by sending my healing blessings and prayers.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Cloudy but no rain allowed me to get in a good walk.
-Catching up with Jody, Mary, and Alex.
-Finished a good book.
-A relaxing evening.
