For your consideration…

We are one people sharing life experiences. We are here for our own life purpose. Our life purpose is necessary for others to fulfill theirs they are here so we can fulfill ours.

We are given two examples today; competition and humor. Competition can seem at odds with others. But it is necessary for us and others to learn and grow. That is unless our intention is otherwise. If the intention is to wound or hurt, then the competition defeats its purpose.

That same is with humor. Humor adds joy to life. We all love a good laugh. It is healthy for us. That is unless underlying the joke or story the humor is mean spirited. We all listen to comedians where their jokes are to solicit laughs but sometimes they are also meant to do harm or undermine people.

In everything there is balance. Intention is most often the key to creating and keeping balance. We are asked to remember that we are “one people.” What is good for others is good for us and visa versa.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Intend for all of our encounters to come from a loving authentic self.
