For your consideration…

Today’s message came in via my mother, at least something I said to her. Mom was ready to pass but holding back. Hospice insisted my sister, Lori, and I find out what was the matter. After lots of questions, Mom said that everyone she loved had come for her and wanted her to go with them…everyone except her mother. She said she was afraid that her mother did not recognize her. As we talked to her, one thing seemed to strike home for her. We said, “Mom, could you ever not recognize us? Could you ever forget us?” She thought, and responded that she could not. “Your mother recognizes you.” It was decided.

Our message today tells us that our soul recognizes and knows what our mind may not…may never know. Remember, only love is real. Our soul knows love. It recognizes it. It remembers it. It is an unbreakable bond. We all occasionally have deja vu. That is exactly what is happening… soul recognition.

Sometimes we are afraid to move forward. We are afraid we will forget memories we want to have forever. Today we are told not to fear, even if we forget the details, the connection is etched in our soul forever.

Our soul always knows.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Listen to our soul.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A good day for running errands.

-I finished a book, Educated. It was for a book discussion on Thursday. Let me say. It is well written. Certainly, it is an intriguing memoir. I am shocked that a. my daughter, Alex, a. read it and b. she thought it was good. That is what makes me smile because you learn something new about people all of the time…even your kids. That is what made me smile because this book did not. Let’s be clear. I write a blog called HOPEs Rising. I do not listen to the news and ask that anyone in the house that wants to listen in another room. It is hard to stay upbeat and positive amongst so much negativity. This book was tough for me to read. But I DID It.

-Exploring.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
