For your consideration…
Today we celebrate the birth of the baby, Jesus. More than anything, that birth reminds us of perpetual love and the peace, comfort, and joy that love brings us.
We know this. Let us remember that love and stay in it…giving and receiving it always.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Choose perpetual love.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A great walk Alex, James, and Moose aound the neighborhood.
-Spending the day with Alex, James, and Bruce.
-Catching up with my sister,
-Midnight mass.
