For your consideration…

We have had many messages on regrets. Today’s message is very specific and I was thinking it would be hard to find the right image for it. But I did not have to look any further than my own saved images to find the perfect one.

When we focus on regrets, we are most often focusing from the ego’s point of view. We are focusing on the ego’s experience and judgment.

Today we are asked to change our thinking on regrets. We are asked to reflect on our authentic self’s point of view. When we reflect from there, there is no judgement. Instead of regrets, we remember experiences we have learned and grown from. Experiences that have changed our frame of reference. Experiences that have “raised the bar” for our daily living.

When we look at regrets through the lens of our authentic selves, we can change how we feel about regrets. It lays the foundation for forgiveness and neutralizes the ego’s interpretation and turns it into a learned blessing.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Reflect on regrets with the love of our authentic selves.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with my sister.

-Having James, Alex, and Moose here.

-Lots of baking done.

-Gift packages are almost completed.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
