For your consideration…

My sense is that we have a lot of “life review” going on. None of us saw a pandemic coming. None of us thought it would go on for this long. None of us know how much longer it will go on for. We have been forced to change our way of life. Perhaps we made some plans on how to get things done and/or added new things to our list.

Now as the pandemic continues we are taking a look at how we are doing. How well have we adjusted? Are we checking things off of that list? That is ok. That can even be good so long as we are critiquing ourselves with love and minus judgment.

We are reminded today that everything is in Divine Order. We are asked to consider that we all need “balance” in our lives. How successful have we been in using this pandemic opportunity to accomplish that?

As we pause and do a little review, we are reminded that where we are is exactly where we are supposed to be. If something is undone, perhaps it was not meant to be accomplished right now. Our best is good enough. The best version of being ourselves is perfect. Timing is not in our control.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Pause and review…with love…without judgment.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-AJ’s soccer game was great.

-Dinner out with friends.

-Catching up with both my girls.

-I have not heard from my friend, Carol. We caught up last night.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
