For your consideration…

Our message today is very short. It is something to think about…try. This is it exactly as it was given;

“A pause and a few thought out words can carry a big punch.”

We can debate, argue, chatter, etc., use lots of words to express our feelings. But sometimes all of that ends up diminishing…overshadowing…the message. Less can be more if it is careful, thoughtful, and delivered at the right moment.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Think about that pause and chosen words.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Some crafting done. Sometimes you have to just walk away. I did that the day before. I wasn’t sure if I was happy with my product. I left it and came back with fresh ideas yesterday, finished it, and did a new card design.

-Nails done and a quick, productive trip to Best Buy. I have learned that if you don’t know what you are doing with electronics and technology, it is best to go in versus buy on-line like I do most things.

-Bruce fell and got a very nasty cut requiring a trip to the ER. I was sure we wouldn’t be home until midnight but we were out of there in 4 hours and home by 10:00.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
