For your consideration…

Not to worry…“We may not always get what we want, but we will definitely get what we need.”

It may be hard to remember that and feel it. But when we struggle, we just need to pause and breathe…in and out…reset…and believe.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.


Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.



What made me smile yesterday…

-Another beautiful day. We can never have too many of them.

-Little tasks done. The day felt easy but accomplished.

-Catching up with Shannon and Jackie.

-A good book.
