For your consideration…
This message has been coming in over a couple of days. I shouldn’t have been surprised that it was hard to find just the right image to represent it. As it was, I had to redo the meme on it three times. Yikes, Mercury Retrograde is in full swing.
We all have filters. That is why the police have so much trouble with witnesses. People witness the same thing but see it differently, notice different things. We all do that. We look at the same person, place, or thing and see different things. Each one of us has different things pop out and grab our central focus. It is like that in reading cards. What grabs the reader’s attention is what will have meaning or clues for them, information they can then give to the client.
Today’s message is very specific. It asks us to look in the mirror and see who is reflected back at them. Suspend judgement and focus on the eyes, the windows to our soul. What is reflected back to us? Do we see fear or regrets? Do we see pain? Do we see love and kindness? What we see tells us our very next step in our life. If we see anything other than love for ourselves and others, then we have work to do to release it. Pain, regrets, fear have no place in our present. We need to honor them and release them. They no longer serve us. What serves us today is the love of self and others.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Take a good honest look in the mirror.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Lots of tasks done.
-Rain….so needed.
-My grandson, AJ, had an emergency appendectomy and is doing great.
-Catching up with both daughters and Jackie.
-Kathy paid me a surprise morning visit.
