For your consideration…

Does this picture make you smile? I HOPE so because today’s message is light-hearted.

“Fake it ’til you make it” does not seem like something that would be a message for this blog since it is about truth and honesty of the soul.

Of course, we are not being ask to become liars. What we are being asked to do is sometimes put a smile on our face even when we don’t feel like it. We are being asked to recall something to be grateful for even when we are feeling ungrateful. We are being asked to hold our tongues when it isn’t necessary to say something unkind even if it is true. How necessary is it to engage in a conflict even if we think we are right? How important is it to be right?

You get the picture. Just fake it ’til you make it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE byHOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Fake it ’til you make it.

What made me smile yesterday…

-The best class I have had in 3 years. Amazing 5th graders.

-Dinner with my friend and true seeer, Camille.

-Catching up with both my girls.

-I finished a book I have been reading for 2 weeks and made it half way through a new one. Ahhh.

-Another beautiful day. March has been magnificent.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
