For your consideration…

Tomorrow we have a full moon which is perfect for our message today. There are no coincidences.

Our message today is all about cleansing and purging. Will we get it all done today? No, today is a start.

First, we are asked to do a chakra cleansing. Sit in your meditation and work with each chakra until you feel it is free. We have gone through this process many times on this blog. If we are unclear, google it. This process is something we should do often. It will make the rest of our cleansing and purging easier.

Next we are asked to sit in meditation and see what comes up. Notice what is stressing us? Accept it, bless it, release it for healing and let it go. We do not have to carry our burdens from moment to moment.

Finally we are asked to cleanse and purge our space; house, car, work, yard etc. Yeah, we are starting our spring cleaning. We are asked to not look at it in totality because that can and will be overwhelming. Instead, pick one or two things and tackle them. Then notice how good that feels and celebrate. Reward ourselves for a job well done. Then tomorrow tackle one or two more things as time allows. The time thing is important. If we pick something that is too big for the time we have, we will become stressed and discouraged and be more apt to quit. Pick things you know you can get done without adding stress to your life. Chunk things out ie; one drawer versus the who dresser, a couple shrubs versus all of them etc.

The goal is to clean up and optimize our body, mind and spirit energy.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water. It is a good body, mind and spirit cleanser.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. It is another good body, mind and spirit cleanser.

-Cleanse and purge.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Shannon and I went to Eastern Market for our St. Patrick’s Day corned beef from Wiggley’s. We ended up doing the whole experience. It was so fun.

-A beautiful sunny day.

-Catching up with Alex.

-My surprise recording on my phone.

-So many hugs and prayers have put me back on my feet.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
