For your consideration…

Today’s message is another one about stress, depression, sadness, anxiety or fear etc.

When we have these feelings, it is a decision point. It is a moment in time where we can choose to continue on and let these feelings grow and overwhelm us OR we can choose to turn to our faith and HOPE. We can choose to turn to our Guidance and ask for help.

We can also reaffirm our belief in miracles. How? We can close our eyes, take a couple of deep breaths, open our eyes and notice what we see. We can see what has been put in front of us. We can think about all that had to happen to make it so. Nothing short of a miracle could make that happen. Nothing short of a God could make that happen.

Now we can choose to be grateful, reaffirm our belief in miracles and the power of the Almighty. We can choose to move forward with the knowledge that all is well, we are loved and blessed. These are the constants in life. These are what will see us through all of the rest.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Affirm…”All is well.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Lots of tasks around the house done.

-Catching up with my sister.

-A great picture of AJ playing soccer…a keeper.

-A good book.
