For your consideration…
We have a gift…every one of us. We have the light of love. We also have a choices. We can choose to keep it to ourselves. We can choose to share it with a selected few. Or we can choose to share it with the world.
Our light is never in short supply. We may feel that it is dimmer at some times versus others but it is always there ready to be stoked to brightness. Every moment we have the opportunity to bring light to darkness. We have the opportunity to shine our light for the good of all.
How? We shine our light with our smile, kind deeds, listening, spreading joy, helping hands, demonstrating faith and loving heart.
Today we are asked to let our light shine bright 24/7 every single day.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Let your heart shine for all to see.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A good sleep.
-Breakfast with my neighbor.
-Catching up with Alex.
-Shopping done.
