For your consideration…..
I love how today’s message came together…. first the message and then the card as an illustration. Usually after I receive a message, I look for a picture to match it. Not so today. I got the message and then when I pulled a card for my own journal, I was given this one and told it is also for today’s message. Very cool. This card comes from one of my favorite oracle decks, Archangel Michael, by Doreen Virtue.
The message is about the power of one single moment. We don’t usually give thought to a single moment when we think of time. It is usually a collection of moments. But each moment holds unbelievable power. If we doubt that or find it hard to imagine, think about this. Think about the one breath, the one moment, between this life and the next. Yes, think about the power of that moment.
The next time you dread something, are down in the dumps, worried, frightened, angry etc., remember that it is just a moment. And we can turn things around in the next, if we choose. We have the power of choice. We always have a choice.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?” What is my next moment?
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Grab a bag or box, put some things in it and donate it.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Meeting up with my friend Denise.
-Later we joined several of our “work” friends. We don’t get to do it enough.
-All things good for our neighbor. Everything has just fallen into place. I will hate to see them move but know it is all good.
-Another bright and sunny day with the slightest of breezes and no air conditioning necessary. Perfect.
