Keep Climbing….
If you can’t fly, Run….
If you can’t run, Walk…..
If you can’t walk, Crawl…..
But by all means, keep moving!!!!
– Martin Luther King Jr.
For your consideration……
The message today is was given in a very gentle tone. It is an encouraging reminder that there is nothing wrong with slow and steady.
Sometimes we are all fired up and everything seems to fall into place and move very quickly. We feel like we are completely on track doing exactly what we are supposed to be doing. We are living our purpose on purpose. We just know it. So when things slow down it is easy to feel like we are missing something. We wonder if we are off track.
Today we are told sometimes we just need to slow down. Perhaps we need the rest, perhaps we need to enjoy the view or perhaps the Universe is busy rearranging itself and is not quite ready for us yet.
Sometimes the climb is steep and swift. Sometimes it is a flat or gentle slope. It is all good.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….
-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Consider going for a walk or hike. Or sitting still outside and listening to the silence.
-Journal your dreams. Put heart’s desires in your dream box.
What made me smile yesterday……
-A good reading.
-Alone time. Sometimes we just need that.
-An absolutely perfect weather day.
-A happy phone call from Alex. At least it sounded that way and I’m running with that.
Love, Blessings and Gratitude,
Rev. Chris
