For your consideration……

Many of you know that I have studied in one form or another for many years. But over the last 2 1/2 years more formally. One of the teachers I have had, Rev. Elvina Roe, always says, “It is all good.”

If we can keep that perspective, we will be able to keep our hearts and minds open for the lessons, growth and love that comes to us every single day in Divine Timing.

It is not always easy and no one, certainly not I, means to imply that it is. But when we let our ego carry judgement and define an event as a disappointment, failure etc., we create a smoke screen that blocks us from the truth. It is all good. Our task…..not always easy…..is to sit and ask what that good is. Why has it shown up in my life? Maybe even, why now?

We are all living the life we are meant to live. We are never alone. We have Guidance available 24/7. We simply need to ask the questions we want answered and/or ask for what we need.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

P.S     I was drawn today to pull a quote from Power Thoughtsby Louise L. Hay. Now this book is set up for a quote a day. But normally I will just pull this book out and let Divine Guidance lead the way as I open it to any page. I did that today and I just could not see how the quote related to today. So I think, “Well, while I have the book out, I will turn to the 15th day quote. Bingo. Here it is….

I am unlimited in my own ability to create good in my life.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray… let your authentic self lead your way. You recognize it. It holds no judgement. It is always loving.

-Drink lots of water.

-Take in at least 10 deep breaths while outdoors today. Notice what the air feels like…what it smells like….what is Mother Earth offering us today.

-Reflect on all you are grateful for. Give thanks before you close your eyes.

What made me smile yesterday….

-An unexpected day off.

-A great catch up call to my friend, Kathy.

-Lunch with Carol.

-Some complicated emails that I had to get out regarding teaching classes……done. Wahoo.

-My Alex sounds good….so grown up. How did that happen, Babycakes?

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
