For your consideration……

Don’t get too alarmed. The message today is not about going out and getting reckless and crazy. But it is about a shift in perception, and walking down that path.

Most of us live in a very concrete world. We look at what we can see and touch as reality. But, in fact, that is a small portion of it. The bigger reality involves all of our senses working together and amplifying our perception and altering our priorities.

Today we are simply being asked to listen to our “gut” or our “heart” or our “intuition”. What are they guiding you to do? Take a walk on the wild side and follow their lead. That is the HOPE. And so it is.


Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate. When we consistently meditate we open up a dependable channel for our Guidance to communicate with us. It is like anything else. Practice breeds familiarity and habit.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Again, deep breaths take us back to our center. They calm us physically and emotionally.

-Do something out of the ordinary. Do something you are just guided to do in the spur of the moment.


What made me smile yesterday……

-I got a lot of writing done. I put some plans down on paper. It felt good.

-PJ’s all day.

-A beautiful sun, big breezes and finally a gentle rain.

-New recipes for dinner that were great.

-Touched base with friend, Yvonne. No sweat, Daina, we are all together and will have your invitations done in no time.
