For your consideration……
The message today started in a dream with the words “invisible handcuffs”. In meditation we got the rest of the message.
We are all born different but perfect. We are all born in love with different blessings and challenges. We are all given the tools we need in our life tool box for “unlimited potential” to make the most of both.
The only thing holding us back is the “invisible handcuffs” we have put on ourselves or allowed others to put on us.
We are limitless…..all of us. Let go of doubt and judgement and set your creativity and love free.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate. Tap into the calm that is at the core of your authentic self. Tap into the knowing and self-assurance and love that lives there.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and walk,run, play or exercise. Take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Journal your dream(s). Take one step toward it.
