For your consideration…
We are reminded today of the power of love. More importantly the power of “unconditional” love.
Unconditional love chases away fear. It lights the darkness. It heals the broken heart. It is the ultimate teacher and fertilizer for all that grows. It is perfect for every moment because it is always necessary and relevant.
We tend to think that unconditional love is in short supply. Nothing is further from the truth. It only seems like it is in short supply. The reality is that we just don’t choose to access the supply and share it.
It is like the chicken and the egg and which came first. We wait for unconditional love before we give it. What we need to be doing is giving unconditional love first. Change us and we change the world.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Affirm…”I am love.”
-Meditate/pray…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-Shannon supporting us through all Bruce’s medical stuff.
-A beautiful sunny day.
-A good book.
-Alex decided to still make a trip home.
