For your consideration…

I love the song but don’t like it stuck in my head so I am very happy to get this blog written and let it go.

We have all heard about hoarders…collectors to the extreme level. Hoarding is about having more but not necessarily about quality of what we need.

Our message today tells us that we can be an emotional hoarder. We can hang on to feelings and experiences that no longer serve us. Hanging onto them occupies space we need for new experiences that we need to propel us forward.

All experiences…all emotions…good and bad have a purpose. Once that purpose is served, we need to bless it in gratitude and release it to create the space for new.

If we are walking in Faith, then we know that all is good, all is well, there are no coincidences, there is a purpose for everything. If we focus on our Faith, then it is easy to let go of what no longer serves us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Remember they don’t have to be all at once.

-Let it go.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Catching up with Cathy…without interruption…always a rare thing.

-A little bit of sunshine.

-A good book.

-A good movie.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
