For your consideration…

As we move into and through fall, it is natural for us to want to snuggle in and hibernate. We have phases of our life that are just like that. We want to turn inward and snuggle…shut out the outside world.

Turning inward is a good thing. We are encouraged to know ourselves and take Guidance from our authentic self. But we can not stay there. To grow and move through our life purpose we have to take what we learn and apply it. That requires we get out of our little sphere and interact.

Interaction with others changes us, refreshes us. We are asked to notice, be totally in the moment when we interact. Look at the person we are speaking to. Notice their body language. Every interaction is a give and take, whether good or bad. We take away the experience. We learn.

We are reminded today to push ourselves out of our comfort zones to refresh our lives.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Refresh, rejuvenate.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Breakfast with Mary.

-Don got out of the hospital.

-I went to breakfast, the gym and church and was back home by 12:30. Pretty efficient.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
