For your consideration….
Until we got this message today, I have to admit that I have never given this much thought. Our message acknowledges that each of us has built our own little world. We have made choices that determine what and who is in it.
Our message today wants to remind us that our “own little world” is part of the Universe. It is an intricate part of it. The Universe needs our world and we need the other “worlds” in the Universe.” Those other worlds are like vitamins to ours like ours is too theirs. Our world needs the influx of new people, things, ideas etc. to grow and expand. When we isolate our world, we cut it off from what it needs to grow and it will become stagnant and wither.
We are reminded to build our own little world by interacting with others.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…”I am loved.”
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Expand and feed your own little world.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A day in.
-A good book.
-A yummy dinner if I do say so myself.
-An early bedtime.
