For your consideration…..
I love today’s message. We are asked to consider fear and intimidation.
We are reminded that both fear and intimidation can be inflicted on us by others and by ourselves. But it is only ourselves that can allow it or not.
Fear and intimidation are meant to usurp our power. But we don’t have to let that happen. We never have to relinquish our power…..nor should we.
We are asked today to consider banishing fear and repelling intimidation at every turn.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Stand up for your personal power. Protect it.
What made me smile yesterday….
-Culprit found.
-A wonderful new acquaintance that I HOPE will become my friend.
-A wonderful fall day.
-Recess in Prospect Park.
