For your consideration….
It’s hard. I think most of us have a little “hoarding” in us. Most of us have a trigger that wants to collect and keep versus use and let go. But today’s message tells us that is for our highest good.
Sometimes we hold onto things out of habit, we don’t think about it. Sometimes it is because it is just easier. Sometimes it is because we are afraid or letting it go would be hard and sad. It takes courage to let go.
There is a song by the Byrds, Turn! Turn! Turn! It says:
To everything (turn, turn, turn)
There is a season (turn, turn, turn)
And a time to every purpose, under heaven
And so it is. There is a time for friendships, loves, things, living, dying etc. All things, including people, have a time, place and purpose. It is Divinely Guided. There is no shame in letting go when the time has come and the purpose fulfilled.
Indeed, today’s message tells us we must so. We must let go so that we can create the space for new blessings to come to fruition. Letting go leads to freedom to expand and grow and become more than we dreamed possible.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors, put your bare feet on Mother Earth and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Let go of what no longer serves you.
