It’s amazing how you can speak right to my heart
Without saying a word you can light up the dark

All day long I can hear people talking out loud
But when you hold me near, you drown out the crowd
Old Mr. Webster could never define
What’s being said between your heart and mine

For your consideration….
Truth….no matter what it is….needs no words. Words that do not convey our truth is the true essence of lying.
Our goal is always to align and live in our truth. Our words need to speak what we know in our body, mind and spirit. If they are all not in sync, we feel out of sorts. We feel like we are spinning our wheels. We feel confused. We lack clarity.
Sometimes the truth is uncomfortable. We want to avoid it. But avoidance, does not serve us well. We are stronger than that. We are better than that.
We are asked today to face our truth….spit it out…and move on. It is for the highest good of self and all.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Speak your truth.
What made me smile yesterday….
-A beautiful day.
-Critter Control has started working on our critter problem.
-A great book party. Usborne books are awesome children’s books.
-Old friends and new.
