For your consideration….
With Christmas we celebrate the birth of Jesus. Birth unleashes HOPE. It flames the ember that lies within each of us.
Each Christmas we hit the pause button and bask in the joy and peace of that HOPE. We pause and clearly see the possibilities of a world we want to see. We pause and we believe. Our spirit grows.
Spiritual growth is like childbirth. You dilate, then you contract.
You dilate, then you contract again. As painful as it all feels,
it’s the necessary rhythm for reaching the ultimate goal of total openness.
Today we celebrate the birth of Jesus and the spiritual growth that is fosters.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Celebrate Jesus. Celebrate birth.
What made me smile yesterday….
-Peace and joy.
-A steady relaxing pace getting everything done that I needed to.
-Seeing friends and celebrating at Jen and Dan’s.
-Love that we can Skype or Viber with Alex.
