For your consideration…..

I had to ask. Shouldn’t this be the message on Thanksgiving? No, it is the message for today.

Again our message is on where our focus is. We are asked to make a shift. Rather than gathering “wants” for our basket, our bucket list, we are asked to focus on what we already have.

Rather than focus on what we don’t have, we are asked to focus on what we do have. Rather than focus on what we want, focus on what we already have. Rather than focus on what we want to get, focus on what we have to give.

Each and every one of us is blessed. We are asked to focus on those blessings and be grateful. It is a win-win for not only ourselves but for the Universe. When we shift our focus and are grateful…truly grateful…it is like a beacon to the Universe. It is the ah ha that signals what we want more of. It is the ah ha of what truly is important to us, treasure most and want more of.

The energy we release reverberates around the world. Authentic gratitude, from the authentic self, is the positive energy that can change the world. It is the energy we want to  unleash and share.

If we had to make a choice, would be really choose to release malcontent, hate, distrust and disappointment over contentment, HOPE, love, trust and appreciation? Of course not.

We are asked to pause, think about and make the right choice. Focus on what we already have in our basket. Choose to release good into the world.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water. Be grateful that we have good clean water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Be grateful we can to this.

-Make a choice on the energy we want to release onto the Universe.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Having Alex and James here.

-Going to AJ’s game.

-Family dinner.

-A beautiful day with a cool night for snoozing.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
