For your consideration….
In life we are both farmers and consumers. We are reminded that the more we sow the more we reap.
We are asked today to notice, “Do we reap more than we sow?” “Do we take more than we give?”
Secondly seeds only reproduce themselves. A cucumber seed only produces a cucumber. A pumpkin seed only produces a pumpkin. Seeds of joy produces joy. Seeds of love produce love. Seeds of HOPE produce HOPE. Seeds of patience produce patience. Seeds of respect produce respect. Etc. Etc. Etc.
We are reminded today to replant what we use and what we need. We are reminded to replant what we feel others need. We are reminded to replant what we know the world needs.
We have the seeds and know how to plant the seeds of the spirit….seeds of healing, health and love. The more we plant the more we choke out the “weeds.”
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Plant seeds of the spirit.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-Another beautiful fall day.
-A nature walk with our kiddos.
-A little shopping done. I dreaded going in thinking it would be busy and with lines and it was but I was in and out like magic.
-Finally, the automatic phone system for subs is working….I think…fingers crossed.
-An early bedtime. Perfect, window open, gentle rain falling zzzzzzzzz.
