For your consideration….
….you can’t give what you don’t have. The truth is you can’t give what you don’t have is the truth about everything not your just possessions.
You can only give light if you possess it yourself.
You can not give respect unless you first respect yourself.
You can not give HOPE if you are HOPEless.
You can not give joy if you are without joy yourself.,
You can not give knowledge if you have not learned it yourself.
You can not give wisdom unless you have learned wisdom yourself.
You can not care about others unless you care about yourself.
You can not receive unless you can give.
You can not love unless you first love yourself.
Let me be clear. It is possible for a while to give these things without having them yourself. However, it is unsustainable because if you do not have them for yourself you will run out and become empty and no longer able to give.
Take care of yourself. It is an investment in the entire Universe.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all.”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Invest in you.
What made me smile yesterday….
-Sunshine.
-A good book.
-Reading in front of the fireplace at Stillwater.
-Lots of peace and quiet.
