listen to your heart

For your consideration….

When we feel in turmoil, when we have internal conflict, it is a call for time out. It is a call to pay attention. It is the same as when we have that sixth sense of danger. When we feel out of sorts, things aren’t as they should be, it is our authentic self….our heart…trying to get out attention. It is calling for us to stop, access and alter our course. We are veering off the path we are supposed to be on.

The same is true with the opposite. When we feel joy, at peace, full of love and all is right with the world, again it is our authentic self…our heart….trying to get our attention to let us know we are on the right path. We are exactly where we are supposed to be and to stay the course.

Our heart is our own little alarm system. Isn’t it great?

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Listen to your heart.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Sunshine and snow.

-Mac was great at her basketball game.

-Yesterday was the first time since I was 17 that I had Gabriel’s hoagies twice in one week.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
