For your consideration…..

We have all heard the saying “The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.” Sometimes it is meant in jest, as a compliment or an insult. For today’s message it does not matter, we are simply to notice.

We are all influenced. First it is by our parents, then our extended family, then friends and finally the rest of the world that surrounds us. It is meant to be so. We are meant to notice and  consider. That is how we grow.

We are asked to notice the message says consider. We are meant to consider what is put in our path. We are meant to think about it. We are meant to compare. We are meant to notice what feels right to OUR soul.

This is another message on truth. Truth is not always black and white, but what rings true to OUR soul is. We are asked to consider that. Let only what rings true into your soul. If there is something there that no longer belongs, bless it and send it into the Universe for healing.

OUR soul is OUR sacred place. What we have to offer the world comes from here. Guard it. Let only what think YOU know for sure is true in. Kick out what no longer belongs there.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Drink lots of water.

-Let your truth lead your way.

What made me smile yesterday…..

-Wow, me of so little faith. I had given up that there were any more days left this year where I could do my morning meditation outside. I feel so blessed that I got to do that yesterday.

-Deepak Chopra and Oprah’s free 21 day meditation. I have committed to ending my day with it. I slept like a baby and I will carry its mantra, “My beliefs enhance my life” throughout today.

-Sooo much done, writing for And On and ON and ON, car wash, oil change, laundry, vacuuming, dusting etc. I felt like a machine.

-Visiting with Alex.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
