For your consideration…..
The message is “Don’t be disingenuous.”
Each is moment is a gift that deserves our full presence. It deserves our honesty….our simple truth. We are not asked to judge the moment to size or importance. Instead accept that we are in it for a reason and purpose. It requires us. We are as important to it as anyone else. We matter. How we honestly see it matters.
We are asked to be genuine in every moment.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…as….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Bring your truth to each moment.
What made me smile yesterday….
-I had a wonderful second grade class in a wonderful school.
-Getting some freezer clean up done.
-The moon.
-Yes, it’s cold but not too cold to sleep with a window open just a bit.
