For your consideration……
Dig deep is our message. Our core is our strength. It holds our knowing now and from before. It communicates with our Guidance. It holds our essence of exactly who we are and what our life purpose is.
We tend to move along on the surface. The surface is what we notice in people. The surface is what we present to the world. We are more than willing to keep our core hidden. Perhaps we save it for special relationships or people.
But our core essence is exactly what the world needs to see. It is our gift to it. It is from our core that real truth comes. Our core holds our eternal and perpetual flame and can stand up against anything.
In our core we know exactly who we are. We are asked to dig deep and find our strength and light. Use it. Let it lead the way. Gift it to the world.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray….ask….”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?” (When we ask this question we are digging deep.)
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Visit your vision board. Update it if necessary. Start one if you do not have one.
What made me smile yesterday……
-The weather held out until we got home.
-I heard from both of my girls.
-Getting excited for school.
-I finished a good book.
