For  your consideration…..

At first I was a little bit confused by the message. I was given the example of really chewing our food well. I had to ask for clarity. I can be dense.

What we are asked today is to really experience every day. Give it our full attention. This will take practice. So we are asked that at the end of each day we reflect back on it. Did we give it everything we had to give? Did we take from it all that it had to give? What were our lessons or take-aways from it? What did we learn? How do we want to proceed tomorrow?

That is easy enough. We can do that. Remember we always have help ready and waiting for the invitation.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..

-Meditate/pray…..set your intentions.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be bold.

What made me smile yesterday……

-More sunshine. Could it have been warmer? Yes, but I won’t look a gift horse in the mouth.

-Sitting outside visiting with our Stillwater neighbors.

-An easy ride home.

-A surprise gift from my neighbor, Joan. Soup for dinner. Yeah.
