For your consideration…….
If asked we could all talk extensively on the importance of love. Whether it is a child, job, friend, passion, neighbor, home, hobby, activity etc., it is better when love is applied. We know this.
Today we are asked to step back for a second and think about when love is withheld. We can immediately think of the affects on children where love is withheld. We see the tragedy there. What about when someone does not love their job? Perhaps we do no see that as a tragedy. But if we expand and ask what if a nurse, doctor, fireman, policeman or teacher hates their job, suddenly it seems more serious and demands more thought. What if we sit down to do an activity but our heart is not in it? We can realize that the results may be less stellar than they could have been if our heart was in it.
We are reminded that everything carries energy. What we put in directly affects what comes out. We are told today that love has no neutral. There is love or there is not. We are giving love or we are withholding love. Perhaps we have never looked or thought about it that way. Maybe we feel that we have to consciously withhold love. But we are told today that is wrong thinking.
We are being asked to hold love first and foremost in our heart. Have it be ever-present and apply it to everything. Whatever the situation, whoever the person, whatever the circumstances apply love. It is a game changer. It is a world changer. Lightworkers are changing the world one moment, one person at a time through non judgmental love.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray…..Let the natural state of your authentic self….love…..come forward and take charge.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Be more present in each moment and hold it in love.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-Being with my friend, Jul, at Stillwater…..just chilling out and catching up.
-The first snow fall.
-A shy sun and beautiful moon.
-Christmas cards are done and ready to be sent out Friday.
