What the heck, I will go for it if you will.

That is the HOPE.  And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate/pray…….listen for the reassurance, love and direction.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Put a smile on your face and a spring in your step and expect the best possible outcome on all things to bless you.

What made me smile yesterday…….

-A wonderful class that I will enjoy teaching many times this year.

-The best of intentions way laid by the Universe. I guess I will just have to wait and be surprised by the results.

-Talking with Cathy on her BIRTHDAY. Lots of laughs.

-Absolutely perfect weather. I’m not sure what I was expecting but loved the surprise.
