For your consideration……
Remember how we played as children? In our play we our imaginations ran wild and we were able to immerse ourselves in the characters we created. As children we remember that our power is unlimited. We remember that we are creators. Limitations is not even in the realm of possibilities.
Today we are told that what we call play is really practice.We are born to create and have immense power. Somehow life has made us believe otherwise and we are using only a mere fraction of our potential.
Great teachers have been sent to us; Jesus, Buddha, Krishna. They are examples of who we are when we reach our full potential. Our power is limitless. We can create all we envision.
But first we have to realize who we really are. And we have to BELIEVE it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……..
-Meditate/pray…….ask your ego to stay outside. Let your authentic self free.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Dream.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-A perfect day with my cousin, Karen.
-Alex made me laugh.
-Some great reading.
-The smell of rain, the sound of gentle rolling thunder, and the sky surprising us with flashes of lightning.
