For your consideration……..
….or frustrated, or unhappy. Our life is very carefully choreographed in the Universe by God. There are no coincidences. Everything that is put in our path is put there for a reason. It is an opportunity or another check, that completed, moves us further toward’s our life purpose.
We are never being punished. We are always learning. Sometimes the way we learn is facing and overcoming obstacles. Or sometimes we are the instrument needed for our brothers and sisters to learn by being the problem.
Opposing energies are often required for that perfect tantric union. Protagonists and antagonists are the yin/yang required for that learning scenario.
It is easy to recognize good and love. But when we have experienced or seen the opposite, a deeper depth is recognized. We develop gratitude. We see more clearly real possibilities.
Today we are asked to retire the pity parties. Instead we are asked to face our challenges with an open mind and heart. We are asked to remember that we are fully prepared for all challenges. We can make them easier or harder on ourselves by the attitude and intention we harbor towards them. Indeed we are fully capable of “making lemonade our of lemons.” We are fully capable of triumph in all adverse situations.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……
-Meditate/pray…..be in touch with the strength of your core.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Smile, laugh, find joy in each day.
What made me smile yesterday…….
-Mac’s swim meet.
-I have my printer back on-line, ink filled and cover back in place to finally end my printer problems.
-Seeing old friends and meeting new friends at a double bridal shower.
-Air conditioning.
-Alex posted great pictures of having fun. That’s what we like to see.
