For your consideration……
“Surrender up that which is too heavy to carry.”
That is our message today. Notice that it does not say what types of problems. It just says what is “too heavy to carry.”
Remember there is no judgement. Our ego would tell us to “suck it up.” Our ego always is judging. But our Guidance is always from love and never judgmental. There is simply no problem, worry or concern too big or too little. Whenever we are indecisive, don’t know where to turn or how on earth we are going to make it through, our Guidance is there to help.
Our message today is one of concern and reassurance. We are loved and we all have important work to do. God does not want us to feel this as a burden. He has surrounded us with help to lighten our load. But because we have free will, we must ask. As I write this I keep hearing the hearing the commercial, “no job too big, no job too small, we do it all.” We are being prompted to walk lockstep with the help God has surrounded us with. Call on them for everything each and every day.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…..
-Meditate/pray….listen and get clarity on what you want and what you need.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. HOPEfully it is nicer where you are at.
-What are you stressed about? Be clear….ask for help.
What made me smile yesterday…..
-It is good to go but good to be back home as well.
-Lots of sun.
-Michigan’s big win.
-Dad and I just laughed. It seems so strange to hear Alex say, “I need to mow my lawn today.” Oh my, where did those years go?
