For your consideration…..

Probably most people wake up busy. We tend to set our alarms for the tasks that lay ahead of us. And probably many do not include a morning meditation or prayer. Each day here we mention meditation because it is so important to getting to know our authentic self and letting it lead us to our life purpose. HOPEfully if we can not do it in the morning we are finding another time during our day.

Today our message acknowledges that we may not be able to meditate and center in the morning but we can still make the connection with a simple “good morning”. We can connect our authentic self to our Guidance simply by acknowledging them with a “good morning”. That simple good morning is the alarm clock putting our authentic self in charge should we choose to do so.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-When you wake up try saying, “Good Morning “your name“, good morning “God”, good morning Guardian Angel (their name if you know it).

-Meditate/pray for as long as you can. Whatever you do is good enough.

-Drink lots of water.

-Take at least 10 deep breaths outdoors.

What made me smile yesterday……

-My neighbor is home.

-Dinner out.

-Fingers crossed, I am successfully battling a cold.

-Teaching across from Christie. Too fun.

-An early bedtime.

Love, Blessing and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
