For your consideration……

I can hear my own Mom so clearly as this message was coming through, “Pick up after yourself.” Indeed I have said and say to my own girls the same thing. “If you take everything out of your car  each day, your car won’t be a mess.? If you put your clothes away as soon as you take them off and close your drawers, your room won’t be a mess. I tell myself the same thing, “Geez Chris, if you just took care of the mail pile as it came in, it wouldn’t collect in a pile on the counter.”

In today’s message we are being told the same thing about our energy. We are being told to clean up after ourselves. What we leave behind is important. In the very least, we do not want to add to the clutter. We have all heard the marital advice, “Never go to bed angry.” It is a great example of leaving clean or healed energy behind.

The energy we leave behind is a piece of ourselves. Everywhere we go should be the same or preferably better when we leave.

Think about where regrets come from? We did or didn’t do something. We didn’t leave things as we should have.We left unhealed or unclean energy behind. We not only didn’t leave our best self, we didn’t leave the energy of ourselves that is of love and light.

Wherever we go, whatever the situation, be it big like a celebration or minor like going to the store, we are asked to leave the space the same or better than when we entered it. Always leave energy of yourself that is of love and light. We are a global force for good. We each are responsible for our piece of it. We know that.We just have to make it a habit.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate. Be in touch with your authentic self daily.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. Remember they do not have to be all at once.

-Be conscious of the energy you leave behind. If you realize that you did not did not leave a space clean, offer up a prayer for it and send healing white light to it. Your Guidance hears you and are always waiting to help….24/7.

What made me smile yesterday……

-Darling kindergarteners.

-Seeing my friend Janet.

-Shopping and other errands done.

-It was a long day but very productive.

-Sandy and Jim’s Christmas card.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
