For your consideration……

Throughout our life we develop habits and triggers. They are different for everyone. Today we are being reminded of them because often we do them when we are focusing on a concern or problem.

The message today is to be aware (when we are having that cup of coffee, smoking a cigarette, grabbing a candy bar, biting our nails etc.) of what we are focusing on. If indeed, it is a concern, turn it over. Release it for its ultimate resolution.

Then….this is key…..replace it right then and there with what you wish for. Finish that cup of coffee, cigarette, candy bar etc. day dreaming about your life as you want it to be. Feel the joy of your answered prayers.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.


Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…….

-Meditate/pray. Feel the calm and peace that is your natural state.

-Drink lots of water.

-Take in at least 10 deep breaths while outdoors. Remember they do not have to be all at once. And remember we can take some deep breaths whenever we feel stressed.

-Journal. As you think of a problem. Write it down, cross it out and write down what you want to replace it with. If you don’t know, ask for your highest good.


What made me smile yesterday…….

-A great day at school with some of my favorites.

-A catnap.

-Another great day with perfect sun and temperatures.

-Our old friend Mr. Moon is getting big again.

-Our dog, Dude. Knock on wood…..over one month and counting and he still has not left the yard. I watched him stand in the driveway as his friend next door was out. He just stood there wagging his tail. This is such a relief.
