For your consideration……

Wouldn’t it be great if everything in life was black and white and there was no in-between or grey area? The higher the contrast the easier it is to see.

We talk a lot here about energy and how important it is to put out good energy. We know how important it is to surround ourselves with people who have good energy. That is pretty easy to see. It makes good sense.

And it makes good sense not to get caught up in drama even if we have an opinion. Our highest good is best served to just walk away. Sometimes that is easier said than done depending on how strong our opinion is but still deep down we know that the drama is going to hinder not foster our growth forward in our life’s purpose.

Ahhh, but what about those grey areas? When doesn’t it serve our highest good to walk away from a negative situation?

When we know, like we know, like we know. When we feel something is wrong so strongly that we feel it in our heart, gut, mind and soul, then we know this is where we have to take a stand. We know that to not do so would create more negative energy than if we stood and did battle. Then we know that this is our battle to pick up. It is our injustice to address. It is our life lesson to learn.

But there is a key, Dear Ones. When you are called to do battle, always go in with love, respect and HOPE in your spirit. Always ask your Guidance for support in lighting the path to resolution that serves the highest good. Listen, trust and follow their wisdom. That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take……

-Meditate. The practice will serve you well and make it easier to tap into when you are in trouble.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths. The practice comes in handy when you get in negative situations.

-Get out a piece of paper. Write down what is weighing you down. Rip it up or burn it releasing it for healing.

What made me smile yesterday….

-Talking to Jody. Sometimes you get clarity by talking to a friend.

-Bit the bullet and got a haircut.

-Such fun Helen, Yvonne and I had working on Daina’s invitations. They are just beautiful. We got a lot done on them.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
