For your consideration…..

At first I thought this message was just a little pep talk for me on my life purpose. Finally, I realized that it was indeed intended for the blog. Hmmmm, I never said this was always easy.

Today’s message is a reminder of how difficult life would be without HOPEHOPE is often what we have when we have nothing else. It is what carries us through because it reminds us that there is something bigger than us in play. HOPE reminds us there is a plan bigger than what we can see with a Master in perfect control. HOPE reassures us and fuels our Soul when it holds doubt and fear. HOPE is the confidence we need to explore our creativity and share it. HOPE gives us the courage to grow in expanded directions. Indeed HOPE for a better tomorrow is what spawns our search. HOPE is necessary for a healthy soul.

There is no shortage of HOPE. There is not a set allotment. One person having it in abundance does not mean that another has less. In fact, it is just the opposite. The more each of us has the more likely those around us will also have it. The reason being each of us are both the giver and receiver of HOPE. It is free. It costs nothing but reaps generous rewards.  So be generous in giving it and gracious and thankful in receiving it. That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take….

-Meditate/pray breath into your authentic self.

-Drink lots of water.

-Spend as much time as you can outdoors. Take in at least 10 deep breaths. When possible, open windows and let the fresh air in.

-Seek out people who are HOPEful.

-Be a good listener.

What made me smile yesterday….

-A glorious morning at Stillwater.

-A smooth easy ride home.

-Amazing productivity. (Hey, you have to give yourself a pat on the back now and then.)

-My friend, Christine, did an amazing job at a Women’s Circle last night. It is great to relax and share with her and other women.

Love, Blessings and Gratitude,

Chris
